Grant Mackay Demolition has been involved in many commercial demo projects in Utah, Texas and other parts of the country as well. In Salt Lake City, we were hired as part of the massive downtown renovation that is currently underway, and were responsible for the demolition of blocks 75 and 76 of the downtown area. This included the demolition of two multi-story buildings as well as other smaller structures.Other Grant Mackay commercial demolition projects include the Texas Southern University Allen Building and Ridgecrest Elementary School, both located in Houston, Texas. Our commercial demo expertise has also been applied to stadiums, with our company doing work on both Rice Eccles Stadium at the University of Utah, and Lavell Edwards stadium at Brigham Young University.
