Grant Mackay Co. is now the largest demolition contractor in the mountain west. Grant Mackay Co. has completed some of the largest demolition projects in the nation. These projects include; Utah State Capitol (selective demolition), Geneva Steel Project (total demolition is a steel mill covering 1,800 acres and over 5 million square feet of structure. Project includes over 260,000 tons of steel removal). City Creek Center (Block 74, 75 & 76 Downtown Salt Lake City; 3 million square feet in building demolition including selective and technical demo, all in the heart of a major US city.)
